VT MARKETS — ACCESS TO GLOBAL MARKETS
VT Markets provides access to a broad range of CFD instruments, including Forex, indices, precious metals, energies, commodities, CFD shares, ETFs and CFD bonds. Available instruments also include XAUUSD gold, one of the key markets followed by the Sigma Core community.
Traders can access popular trading environments including MetaTrader 5, MetaTrader 4, TradingView, WebTrader and the VT Markets mobile application, allowing them to choose the platform that best fits their individual trading workflow.
VT Markets also states that client funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from the company’s operational funds, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
🛡️ ADDITIONAL CLIENT FUND PROTECTION — UP TO USD 1,000,000
One of the important elements of VT Markets' client protection framework is Client Fund Insurance — additional insurance protection available to eligible clients.
According to current VT Markets information, eligible clients may have access to coverage of up to USD 1,000,000 per account/eligible client, subject to the applicable policy terms, conditions, limits and exclusions.
The insurance programme is arranged by Willis Towers Watson (WTW), while the coverage is underwritten by syndicates at Lloyd’s of London. The current insurance certificate for VT Markets Limited specifically identifies ARCH 2012 at Lloyd’s of London as the insurer.
The current certificate states:
Insured: VT Markets Limited
Beneficiaries: customers who meet the requirements defined in the policy
Insurer: ARCH 2012 at Lloyd’s of London
Programme arranger: Willis Towers Watson (WTW)
Sum insured: up to USD 1,000,000 per Claimant
The insurance covers certain risks defined by the policy, including events related to insolvency, and does not insure against trading losses, market movements or losses resulting from investment decisions. Coverage remains subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions and requirements of the applicable policy.
This distinction is important: the insurance does not protect traders against market losses — it provides an additional layer of protection against specific risks relating to client funds.
